As a top CRM strategy and sales performance expert at Accenture, Cloud Sherpas and Glasshouse Technologies, Mark brings a deep understanding and history of successful solution delivery to Acuity. 

At Accenture he led the Emerging Technology (AI, ML and Blockchain) Consulting Group.  Mark worked closely with client executives to define strategies and to manage solution implementations for more than 25 major Salesforce optimization projects in the technology, healthcare and financial services sectors.

While at leading the Cloud Advisory Group at Cloud Sherpas, Mark developed multi-phase sales transformation programs that drove exponential growth, which was a major factor in its acquisition by Accenture.

Mark has also created and led multiple start-ups, including Aztech Consulting, Syntrelis and Continuex, combining technology, process management and analytics to improve results.

Mark graduated from Tufts University with a BA in economics and international relations and from the University of Massachusetts with a BS in computer science.
